NOTICE is hereby given that the 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Kenya Extended Producer Responsibility Organization (KEPRO) will be convened on Friday, 22nd May 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, comprising both an in-person session (venue to be confirmed) and a virtual session via the Microsoft Teams teleconferencing platform.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Such proxy need not be a member of the Company. The duly completed Proxy Form must be submitted to the Company Secretary, Zainash Registrars, at Pacis Centre, Slip Road, off Waiyaki Way, Westlands, P.O. Box 44–00606, Nairobi, or via the email provided above, to be received no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
