Monthly Volume Declarations (MVD)
To ensure transparency and accountability in Kenya's Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) ecosystem, all KEPRO members are required to submit their Monthly Volume Declarations (MVDs). Declarations must be completed by the 📅 15th of every month through the KEPRO Members' Portal or via the emailed submission link sent on the 1st of each month.

What Data Should You Declare?
Each declaration must reflect the net weight or volume of packaging (in kilograms) introduced into the Kenyan market every month.
Declaration Process Steps
Submitting your monthly volumes is simple and can be completed in minutes. Follow these seven steps through the KEPRO Member Portal or monthly email link:
Receive a Monthly Declaration (MVD) link via email on the 1st of each month.
Fill in the online form and upload relevant documentation.
Receive an MVD summary and Proforma Invoice (PFI) via email.
Make payment as per the PFI and upload proof of payment.
Receive a tax invoice upon payment confirmation.
Your MVD case is automatically closed after processing.
